The service was very good. Food was excellent and it didn't take long for the food to be served.

Sourdough bread was soggydough bread. Florr was very stickyand icky.🤮

Very clean inside and such great tasting food. Love stopping here on my way back home. Make sure you try a muffin!

Food was fine. Nothing special but it was exactly what I ordered. Newly remodeled restaurant but still smelled like paint and varnish so it was off-putting (just reopened). We liked that they now have Coke Freestyle. We were there after 9 p.m.- love the half price apps and pie! Our only complaint is that restaurant staff should wear uniforms for a professional appearance.

We arrive at the restaurant and were seated by the crabbiest waitress. There were 5 adults and 2 children, but the table only had 2 sets of silverware. We had to ask for silverware after we had gotten our food and were staring at the plates wondering how to eat it. The smallest child needed a high chair. We had to use the broken one because the other one was grossly dirty. After waiting over 35 minutes for our food, mine came with a hair in it. We took it back and they said they would remake the plate. After waiting 30 minutes for my second plate, the food on the plate was not what I had ordered and the eggs were not cooked like I had ordered. At this point I just ate what I could stomach and we left. NOT WORTH THE WAIT OR THE PRICE.I recommend sitting through the wait at Olive Garden or Golden Coral instead. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Food's always delish! Highly suggest their buttermilk pancakes, paninis and samplers!

Very disappointed. We ordered the meal that includes a slice of pie, when we ordered our food my husband told the waitress which flavor pie he wanted. When we finished our meal we were told 'sold out of that pie while you were eating'. They should have saved a piece for us since we told them what we wanted.

The food was good, service was fair a bit on the slow side. It was clean. The bakery area was very nice.

Our waitress was a bit dingy, my husband asked if there was any chicken noodle soup left, she didn’t know but would check & let him know either way, she forgot til we asked again.😕 I did the buy 3 get 3 muffin deal, our waitress got out a bakery box but when I said I wanted 3 Pumpkin Cream ones she said they would get messed up in the box so all 6 muffins went in wax bags 🤔 I’ve worked in bakeries for 35 years & those muffins should have fit in the box without a problem AND when she packaged them she didn’t use gloves 🤭 My husband got hash browns with his meal & they were quite crispy. Almost every time we go they forget part of our order but we go anyway cuz I ❤️ the Brioche French Toast 🤷‍♀️

Always a good place to come for quality affordable food any time of the day. I still prefer to come here for breakfast though. Good service here too!Stopped by today for the burger, fries and slice of pie special. The food was hot and delicious and service was excellent and quick too! Didn't realize this location was open 24 hours per day. I also had raspberry ice tea to drink. Will have to return here more often.

Great food. Polite wait staff. Helpful management. We took one of their fruit pies to a family gathering, it was delicious.

Speaking as a college student, Perkins is one of the most important food locations in town. This statement is drastically influenced by the fact that it is open 24 hours, but sometimes you need pancakes at 2 AM after six hours of essay writing and Perkins says you deserve those pancakes.

Perkins was outstanding, very good food and drink, had a nice waiter, Charles, will be back. Highly recommend

Great breakfast selection. This Perkins has been open for a long time now... They are probably the best breakfast place in town in all of Stevens point.

Just received my order and I'm disappointed asked for my steak to be medium and it is well done & dry it's haRd, burned and chewy. not how I requested it. My sons eggs were requested scrambled and they look like a chopped up omelet and I can keep on going with the disappointment on our order totally not wortth it. Will not order from here again.

Just got back from perkins. They are out of all burgers since 9 a.m. service sucks!

Now, this place is just Perkins. The food is what you can expect from any other Perkins. It is one of the only places in town that serves twenty four hours, though and that's huge. I've never had a problem with the staff. I think the only complaint I could justify would be sometimes you walk in and spots in the dining area are a mess, but this isn't really the staff's fault rather it's the rude patrons who've either had too much to drink or are just plain jerks.

Place is very dirty you stick to the floors and carpet. A breakfast place that cannot cook eggs is not good.

Perkins used to be my favorite restaurant, but it's seriously gone downhill in the last year or two. The service is always slow, even when there aren't that many people. They routinely forget things, give you filthy ketchup bottles, and just seem to be mismanaged. Plus they keep changing the menu, and have removed every single one of my previous favorite dishes. The food now is just bland.I'm now searching for a new family friendly restaurant in town. I don't recommend going here. At least the wait staff are still pretty friendly.

Very slow getting food especially when only 10 people in the place. And still got order wrong. Will not return.

Been going to Perkins for decades. Love the food!

I got a nasty salad, lettuce was old as the hair on my great grandpas nuts. The veggies weren't chopped, pepper seeds and old burned chicken all up in that salad! The au jus was spilled all over the entire order, and the pancakes were a joke- they cook kids pancakes then sprinkle cold chocolate chips on top 🤣🤡 Never coming back.

Really great food!! However the wait was a little long.. there wasn't much people in the restaurant so about a 35-40 min wait wasn't what I was expecting. The food and service was great otherwise!

French dip is actually really good love the sauteed red onions.

Today, Labor day was super busy. We had to wait a good half hour if not more for our food. We ordered breakfast and my husband ordered bacon and sausage with his eggs but just when he almost done with all of his food is when the sausage arrived. A small glass of milk $2.59 same price as a whole gallon. Wow. Same thing for a cup of coffee! We'll stick with SouthPoint rest, we just didn't want to drive that far. But for the same meal you save about $3 and the ham steaks are bigger and thicker at SouthPoint!

Service was slow, and the place was not busy. The grilled bread on our double patty melt tasted like they were using butter flavored oil that was getting old. There was one slice of onion on both of our sandwiches.

The staff are friendly and the place is kept clean. Y’alls teenage customers have to realize something.THIS ISN’T FAST FOOD! Quality meals take time to prepare. A couple kids were yelling and complaining because the food wasn’t made within 8 minutes. They even made the cashier cry. Your staff deserve AT LEAST a raise, because I’ve noticed this not once, not twice, but SEVERAL TIMES. They are kind, and show the utmost respect despite these kinds of people badgering them down. Great people, great food, friendly atmosphere, great place.I’d give TEN stars if I could.

As always an excellent meal and wonderful service. I go to Perkins every year when I am in Stevens Point. I have never had a bad experience there. Highly recommend!

We stopped for lunch on a Sunday. Ordered the half sandwich and a cup of soup. Took 25 minutes for our food to arrive. When it did the soup was barely warm. Not typical for Perkins.

Went in on a busier night and apparently there was only one chef and food would take longer to come out. That was fine with us, however it took over 30 minutes to get water and our order placed, but in that time, two tables of eight came in and our waitress got them water, drinks, and their order before getting to us. By the time we got to ordering, those tables' food already came out and so we had to wait even longer. Once we got our dishes, two hours had already passed, and we ended up there for almost 3 hours for what was supposed to be a quick bite. Worst service I've ever gotten here, which is typically pretty bad, but one of the only late night restaurants in the area. Definitely won't be back after this experience though.
